When am I charged?
Start with a 14-day free trial — no credit card required. After the trial we'll prompt you for billing; you can subscribe (monthly or annual) and cancel anytime from Settings → Billing.
What counts as a project?
Any event you plan — a wedding, a corporate retreat, a multi-day conference. There's no limit on projects or team members.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Anytime, from Settings → Billing (Stripe Customer Portal).
What happens if a payment fails?
You get a grace period to update billing; after that the workspace becomes read-only until payment is restored — your data is never deleted.
