Who we are

YourBigDay.ai is event-planning software for planners, agencies, couples, and event hosts. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Data we collect

Account details (name, email), the project/event data you enter (guests, budgets, checklists, documents, vendors), and basic usage analytics. We use a cookie-consent banner; analytics load only after you accept.

How we use it

To provide the product, sync your projects, send transactional messages, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal data.

Sharing

Data is shared only with the service providers that run the product (hosting, payments, email) and the collaborators you invite to a project. Project data is isolated per project and gated by access controls.

Your rights

You can export or delete all of your data at any time from Settings → Privacy. EU/UK (GDPR) and California (CCPA) residents have additional rights, including access, correction, and erasure.

Data retention & security

Data is stored on managed infrastructure with row-level access controls. Deleted accounts and their sole-owned projects are removed on request.
